SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping occurs daily and most orders placed will ship the next day in most cases. We ship via USPS and UPS, so please make sure the address provided is able to receive shipments. We do not expect delays in shipments, but it doesn't stop them from happening from time to time. This can be due to weather issues or carrier issues that will slow a shipment down. If you need an item by a certain date, please note that the estimated dates and shipping correspondence times may fall on the very last expected date. We do our best to get items out immediately, but unfortunately cannot control outside circumstances. If there are any issues with your shipment when received please reach out to us immediately. If we get the chance we most certainly want to avoid a return and can provide alternatives to issues that occur due to shipping instances. If there are any questions or concerns, please message us directly and we'll get the answers you need right away.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We ask to be contacted for any issues prior to returning an item as most problems can be resolved without a return. In the event of a return, please make sure the returning product is in new condition, and all original packaging and parts are still included prior to returning. Once received we do have an inspection period for all products to insure they were returned in the original condition received. If you have had an issue with shipping please make sure to notify us within 7 days of receiving. Any issues resulting from shipping damages cannot be addressed after this time period. All returns must be received within a 30 day time period from acceptance. Passing this time frame will result in the return being denied or a higher restocking fee. Returned items following policy will receive a standard refund which may include a 15% restocking fee and label costs. Some items (mouth guards, protective cups, etc.) which are considered a health issue if used or touched on any part of the skin may NOT be returned, no exceptions.
